Common questions
- What is the difference between a deep clean and a move-out clean?
- Both go well beyond a standard clean and both include the inside of the oven and refrigerator at no extra charge. The move-out clean is the wider of the two because the home is empty: it adds the inside of cabinets, pantry shelves and drawers, and dusting of air vents. Choose the deep clean for a home you are still living in, and the move-out clean for one you are handing back.
- Is the inside of the oven and refrigerator included?
- It is included at no extra charge on deep cleans and move-out cleans. On recurring, one-time and move-in cleans it is available as an optional add-on, quoted with your flat rate before you book.
- Are windows included in a house cleaning?
- Interior windows and tracks, exterior windows, and hand-wiping blinds are optional add-ons on every service, not part of the standard scope. Blinds are dusted on every clean.
